Few very random topic came up in a photography this week:

Topic one “Similar, but not copied, image found to breach copyright”

Topic two “Why wedding photographers charging so much”  or how people trying to justify price of art

Sooo…. topic one… who ever came up with that decision in court should be crucified and I really hope they will take it to the higher court. Why? because that rule can apply to any none original photograph out there… and lets be honest how many really original and (more…)
